I'm in the process of installing El Capitan on a Lenovo W520 with the Nvidia Optimus GPU(Quadro 1000M and Intel HD 3000). I have most the install working except for USB and video. OSX will boot, but the display is a mosaic of desktops. I've tried disabling Optimus to no avail - forcing Intel or Nvidia results in a no boot. I know someone at OSX86 had a solution that involves kexts and changing the SMBIOS. Has anyone had luck getting the graphics to work, or do I need to setup Clover very specifically? I know there are two displays used on the W520s, one standard 1366x720 and the 1920x1080, I have the full HD 1920x1080 display, but Clover is set to boot with the standard display. CPU/GPU - Intel Core i7 2720QM, Nvidia Quadro 1000M Optimus, using MacBook 8,3 SMBIOS.
