I have an official Windows 10 USB.
When trying to install windows via the option boot menu, I am given the option to chose my standard Mac install, or "EFI Boot" from the windows drive. When I chose EFI boot, the boot screen it self freezes and gets stuck on the selection window.
I have tried to install clover legacy on the Mac to see if a third party boot loader would work. I chose clover from the option boot menu, and then within clover I am given 3 options from the Windows USB. The first 2 options are EFI options. The first one for some reason just boots Mac. The second shows a black screen with no signs of change. The last option, says boot windows 10 from windows 10, with no mention of EFI. This option gifts me with a white box in the middle of my screen, again with no sign of change.
Anybody successfully install windows 10 on a 2008 Mac Pro?
