I'm new to this . . . am i able to create a dual boot without already owning a mac with which it get OSX?`

Hi, Im keen to get OSX running on my PC but I am new to this whole thing. I currently run windows 10 and i hope to get it dual-booting, if possible. I have GTX 1060 GPU and the Intel i5 76-00 CPU. Is it possible to set up, and could someone point me in the direction of a tutorial? thanks
