I need to Hackintosh my... Macbook.

Hello, /r/hackintosh, I need your help, mainly as kernel builders. I have a maxed out early 2013 Retina Macbook Pro that I really like, but it has a faulty memory stick; actually, a faulty single block or even address, that got my machine back to Mountain Lion and I can't upgrade it, since every installer after Mavericks check for hardware issues before installing the system.

Can I Hackintosh it and skip the hardware verification?? Can I build the kernel in a way that will avoid the screwed up address? Can someone get me a Mavericks copy or point me where to get, so I can install it and try to get my updates going??

Edit: I must say that I want a copy of Mavericks directly from Apple. I really don't know how to mod images and I prefer to stick to the plan AppleCare gave me, update one version at a time.
