How important is it for your BIOS to have all these settings.

Going by the tonymacx86 guide. These are the recommended BIOS "tweaks". How important are each of these and is it a big deal if you're missing a setting or two?

1. If your CPU supports VT-d, disable it
2. If your system has CFG-Lock, disable it
3. If your system has Secure Boot Mode, disable it
4. Set OS Type to Other OS
5. If your system has IO SerialPort, disable it
6. Set XHCI Handoff to Enabled
