Help in patching DSDT on XPS 8500 Dell Motherboard

Hi,

I am a newbie on hackintosh and i just installed MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 on my Dell XPS 8500 motherboard. Everything is working (as I knew it) USB 2.0, USB 3.0, rear Audio, audio on HDMI, and my Atheros wifi card, I just dont got the ethernet working, but I am fine with that since I got the wifi.

I wanted to patch it as everyone says its the best option to make everything work. I did with this guide, http://www.macbreaker.com/2014/03/how-to-edit-your-own-dsdt-with-maciasl.html but I am stuck on selecting which motherboard or folder or patch should I tick in to patch my DSDT. Basically, i dont know what I wanted to patch,

Can anyone help me on this, and on what I need and what I dont...
