Help BCM94352Z Bluetooth won't work on Win10

Hello everyone, i'm trying to get my hackintosh working and got a BCM94352Z card from eBay, but the Bluetooth doesn't appear in the device manager (Windows 10), the card works because i tested it on a HP Zbook 15 G2 disabling pin 54 and 56 but on my HP Spectre x360 2017.
