So as the title says, if I leave for a bit then come back, the computer lags for like 30 seconds or so. I am thinking it somehow was put to sleep but not actually. Since it doesn't go to screensaver, sleep or the monitor turns off. Just sit down, try to move the mouse and it starts skipping and not moving smoothly.
I have macOS Sierra 10.12.4. Here is the build.
