Hi y'all,
my sincere apologies if this is off-topic because I'm talking about the installation on a macbookpro (2010). However I'm using a hackintosh to make it happen.
So here's the situation: I get a "Permission denied" when trying to install Sierra from a bootable USB on a freshly formatted SSD (jhfs+ format & guid partion map (done using usb2sata interface on the hackintosh + disktutil)) but installing on a "regular" HD works like a charm.
Additional: tried with 2 different (old) SSD's. Health check passed.
Any help w/b much obliged.
