Disk utility won't find the unallocated partition

I'm willing to dual boot windows and macOS for work but it can't find the unallocated partition that I made earlier using gparted.. It's really frustrating since the menu bar couldn't show up earlier. When I get it to work I can't find the unallocated partition. Any help would be appreciated.
