Clover in UEFI did not launch?

Before: macOS installed OK. Did a new partition from Disk Utility, and installed Windows 10, works fine. Default boot to Clover, and there are 2 system to choose. Now: Overclocked DDR with low voltage, did not boot sucessfully several times. Then, computer boots to Windows 10 automatically, with no loading Clover codes in the screen. BIOS shows the boot device is 『UEFI: Windows Boot Manager SSD』. Tried: I guess it's the load order of UEFI, so I downloaded softwares such as EasyBSD,BOOTICE and EasyUEFI to change the order. However, because of some limitations of Windows, it can not be changed. Last, I used Built-in UEFI Shell from my BIOS of motherboard, loaded fs0:---EFI---Clover---CLOVERX64.efi, and the Clover showed up, and I could get into macOS (Network did no work, idk why). So now, I find it's the UEFI load order goes wrong, how can I fix this, making it boot to Clover as default?
