Can I have a guide on installing Sierra on my Ryzen-Based system?

So basically, I installed Sierra on my PC a few months ago on a second hard drive, and it worked flawlessly. The specs on said PC were an i3 6100, B150M Pro-VD and a GTX 1060. But eventually, I decided to upgrade my CPU and motherboard and make the switch to Ryzen.

I now have a Ryzen 5 1600, GA-AB350-Gaming-3 and a GTX 1060. Except I had to get rid of the hackintosh because it didn't work anymore. I've looked around online but I couldn't find a good guide on how to do it and I could really use one as I'm pretty bad at this kind of stuff.

Also, I don't actually know how to install Sierra on a partition of my Windows SSD, which I want to do. I couldn't see such an option when installing Sierra before so I had to put a spare HDD into my PC to actually have something to install it on. Could this be accounted for in the guide please?
