Can't boot using config on hard drive, only from USB config copied from internet.

My specs are:

CPU: Intel i7-2600

Mobo: Intel DZ77SL-50K

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 650 Ti

RAM: 2x4 HyperX 1600 DDR3

I have an installer USB that I created using this guide for High Sierra but replacing the High Sierra with Sierra. Then I followed this guide for Sierra but without any UniBeast and MultiBeast. For everything post-install, I followed this guide because the guy had the same processor as me. I did everything in the post-installation section except:

Then go to 'Kernel and Kext Patches' and tick 'Asus AICPUPM' again.

Because I don't have an ASUS motherboard.

Open the pkg for the Nvidia drivers, and run through the installer.

Because my card works natively since Mountain Lion or so.

won't post up the entire audio tutorial, since it's already available here, but I will say it's an ALC887 on this motherboard, so make sure you substitute that name whenever it asks! You'll need to go into Sound settings in preferences and select Internal Microphone and Internal Speaker

Because sound is not important right now and I can fix that on my own hopefully.

Now for the USB installer, I used this sample config from the High Sierra guide because it said so. The problem is that for the hard drive installation, I followed these steps from this guide:

Now, go back into Clover Configurator, and click the little 'Home' icon in the bottom of the sidebar. Double click the 'EFI > EFI > CLOVER > config.plist' item, taking care to double click the 'config.plist' part of the entry. Go to 'Boot' in the sidebar, and tick 'dart=0', 'nada_drv=1', 'kext-dev-mode=1' and 'rootless=0'. Make sure 'nv_disable=1' is no longer ticked. Change darkwake to 'darkwake=no'. Now go to 'Gui' and change 'Screen Resolution' to your primary screen resolution, to make the boot logo display correctly.

Now for the iMessage fixes, after which you're able to log into iButt. Go to 'SMBIOS' in the sidebar. Click the magic wand, and select 'iMac 12,2', and click both the 'Shake' buttons'. Click Ok, then open up a terminal and type 'uuidgen', copying the result into the 'SmUUID' box. Copy the 'Serial Number' into the 'Board Serial Number' box, and append 5 random letters and numbers. Save your changes using the second button along in the sidebar - the one next to the home button.

When I reboot using the hard drive Clover, I get what I assume is a kernel panic because I get stuck "system uptime in nanoseconds". Using the USB I can get into OS X.

I'll post my custom config.plist that I made and I'll post a picture of the kernel panic after I submit this post and restart.

Thanks.
