Anything me has experience with encrypted exfat RAID drives working on Hackintosh?

I have 2 x 8TB HGST helium drives in RAID 1 (via Intel RST) and crypted for the media, 1 SSD 500GB running Windows and 1 500 GB HGST laptop drive that I have reserved for Hackintosh project. BIOS SATA has been set to RAID mode. When I start Unibeast installation it boots up, but does not detect any hard-drives, other than the USB dongle, but it works fine when I switch BIOS to AHCI. Question: is there a way to get my Hackintosh working so I wouldn't need to change BIOS setting to AHCI every time I use Hackintosh? Or even better Is there a way to use my RAID media drive with the Hackintosh? Many thanks
