Any particular 2010 or newer laptops I should keep an eye out for that are easily compatible with being Hackintoshed?

I'll be checking out a non-profit computer thrift store regularly and I also browse Craigslist often. I have a Macbook currently that still functions (mostly) but it's from late 2009, so it's maxed out at 4gb RAM and isn't the best. I've been building a desktop PC for gaming, but would like a laptop with OSX to use for everything else (no gaming on it necessary). The non-profit installs GNU/Linux on every computer, but I have my OSX install discs so it's fine.

I read the basic compatibility guide so I know I'll have to look up instructions regardless, but any particular laptops I should keep my eyes peeled for? I'd like it to be as easy as possible. Preferably something form the past 6yrs that can upgrade to 16gb RAM (or 8gb minimum). Thank you!
