AllocateRelocBlockError 50% of the time after X99 Sierra Install?

I've finally gotten Sierra installed on my PC, however, about 50% of the time when I try to boot, I get the AllocateRelocBlock error, and have to restart and try again.

I've been using OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi this entire time, and it's still been doing it in the installer, and now, after everything is actually installed.

Does anyone have any ideas? This is quite annoying, although, I guess, to be expected when trying to do things on X99.

My exact motherboard and CPU are MSI X99A SLI Plus & i7 5820k
