Advice for first dualboot build (making music and games)

Hi, I want to build my first hackintosh, using OsX for music production (quite a few tracks, samples, and plugins which is why i went so big on the RAM) and farting around with unity. Windows would be for some games and everything else.

I am new to building a hackintosh, and just wanted to make sure these parts were all compatible with each other, or see if anyone has any suggested improvements?

Price is not the most important factor, but if any of these parts are overkill, I appreciate you letting me know!
