2010 Sony Vaio w/ similar hardware to that year's MacBook Pro (i7 740qm / nVidia GeForce 330m)

Laptop model: Sony Vaio VPC126FM / PCG-81114L

This is my first attempt at building a Hackintosh. Mostly, I just want to see if I can because I love this laptop. I have a few spare HDD laying around to mess around with, but I'd eventually like to multiboot OS X, Windows, and Linux on the 1TB drive.

Pros: Similar hardware to existing MacBook Pro model, spare HDD to format / partition without worry of data-loss. Sole owner/user for life of laptop.

Cons: LAPTOP. 1st attempt, CPU has no intel graphics, limited forum support for older hardware (or I'm not looking hard enough), general unfamiliarity with OS X, which version to use (Snow Leopard was contemporary, I think)

I guess my question is: Can it be done on this machine, and how?
