Kernel Panic

So I was having trouble with microphones that werent usb not working and I read that using voodooHDA would fix it so i tried installing it. I came across a problem with the sound coming out of my speakers being rubbish and had tons of background noise so I tried looking for solutions. Anyway, nothing seemed to work and it wasnt that big a deal so I decided to cut my losses and just uninstall it and use usb mics.
The problem is is that during uninstalling i think i deleted something i shouldnt have (/usr/locall/bin/getdump). Now i get this kernel panic. I am able to reboot into safe mode and have tried restoring the old getdump but no success. Is there any way I can fix this or should I just re install the OS (id rather not do the latter).
I am using Sierra 10.12.5 if this is any use.
