Got a few questions about building my first Hackintosh

SO I have a few questions about building a hackintosh. I want it for uni, I will only really use it for Logic Pro X.

Is my build okay? I have an i5 6500, a GTX 1070, 8gb ddr4 RAM, AND this motherboard.

Can I dual boot? I currently have Windows 10 on an ssd that I use mainly, plus an HDD for games. I would just like to turn on my PC and choose whether to use Windows or MacOs. I would buy a 128gb ssd to have the MacOs portion on.

How difficult is it really? I understand that it takes quite a lot of effort and troubleshooting which I am okay with. But is it doable definitely without too many issues?
