Clover Install Mac OS X On Internal Hard Drive

Hi Guys,
I've been trying for a couple of days to follow the Ramblings of a Hackintosher - A (Sorta) Brief Vanilla Install Guide however when I get to 'boot OS X Install from Install Mac OS X' I can't select my internal harddrive which has been formatted as a GUID Partion Map and as OS X Extended (Journaled). It doesn't show up as a drive to which I can install OS X onto.
Because of this I tried installing clover and doing exactly the same as described to do for the USB but on the harddrive. It still doesn't work. Half way through trying to 'Boot Install Serria From Install Mac OS X' (first part install) I get a no go / stop sign. Does anyone know how to fix this?
