$500 to $650 Budget Video Editing Hackintosh

I want to build a budget Video Editing hackintosh that can run Mac OS X Sierra (Or Latest Version). I want to be able to use IMovie - 1080p editing And Some Final Cut Pro x and premiere pro.

I will need a step by step guide of how to get Mac OS X running on it because. My first time going with Intel :) have a fx 4300.

I also have a rx 480 which I can use if the hackintosh works with it. And a 1tb hard drive, 600 watt power supply(Evga) and 2x4gb or DDr3 ram.

If I can use my current parts it would save a lot of money :)
