Need help with installing the OS on my build

My build:

ASRock H110M-ITX

I5 6600

8GB DDR4

My question/problem:

I set up the USB stick fine with the help of my MacBook but no matter what I change within the kexts, bios settings or even the config.plist I get this Error?!
