modifying config.plist

I found the below instructions to fix the hdmi sound issue with my motherboard, but it seems to be incomplete. After DSDT.aml file is saved to EFI\EFI\CLOVER\ACPI\patched do I need to modify config.plist? What entry needs to be added?
