I have contacted Apple support like suggested in many threads since all I kept getting was the error code asking me to contact customer services. The whole saga of screen sharing etc with all the advisors went smooth for 3 months and they reset things. I still hasn't worked. Recently they've decided that the serial number isn't supported one (of course it isn't!) so they need to see proof of purchase for the device. If I show them proof of purchase, they will sort it out. That is the last thing they said.
Is there a way out or should I just reset my device IDs. It is a solid smbios and is very reproducible. That and my ROM values have been solid. But iMessage hasn't worked for me ever.
What's the general feeling? I've tried ALL the guides, seriously. All I keep getting is customer code. So what gives? Anyone has any idea of what should be a wise next step?
