I'm not sure; if somebody could properly test this, that would be great.
The standard Mac OS X installer doesn't work on hard drives where Windows is already installed, because Windows will format the hard drive with the MBR partition scheme (which Mac OS X doesn't support) by default. Normally, you would need to apply the MBR patch to your Mac OS X installer USB drive to get it to work. While iAtkos does this by default, I'm not sure whether Niresh does this at all.
