Please tell me if my computer is too much of a POS to run ..... #iATKOS #ML2

Ok so I have this ridiculous "mini" E-machine and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it is able to run OS X Mountain Lion or Snow Leopard. Now before I post all of my just delightful specs I have to be very clear on one thing. I am fully aware that my computer is.... (how to put this lightly).... probably one of the lowest grade models on the market when it was bought, even more so now that its been 2 years. So please I don't want any crap about this thing I just simply want to know if I can run either of those on it and if so could you be so kind to direct me to a place that can show me how? I have been looking up guides all night and downloading and burning ISO discs of everything needed and now becomes the fun part.. DOING IT!
