Question about OSX Lion on Lenovo with AMD #AMD

I want to install OSX lion or snow leopard on my notebook . The model is lenovo ideapad s405 maz4jix and it has an AMD A4 4355M processor, 4gb of ram and 1gb Ati Radeon HD 7450



Can I do this?
