Need help ref gigabyte ga=z77ds3h rev 1.1 mb ml 10.8.2 #AUDIO

Hi I am new to Hackintosh and always wanted to build one. I purchased a Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H rev 1.1 motherboard not realizing the audio was different. I cannot get the audio out to work on the HDMI cable to the TV from the motherboard. Under MIDI sound settings it does show a digital output the source as default digital yet no choice to add or change it to HDMI. I had read on the buyers guide the rev 1.0 HDMI and audio worked so at this point I don't know if I'm better off to just buy the least expensive video card that works with ML 10.8 or return this motherboard and get the rev 1.0. I tried using a dmg listed that installs Chamelon and Champlist but when I would go to Champlist settings it wouldn't let me change anything and said I had to install Chameleon. Itwould not install Chameleon. I installed ML from the MAc store purchased one I do own several MAC's or my wife and daughters have laptops. Anyone out there have success with this motherboard and the onboard HDMI output audio? If so please advise how. Video output works fine but lose the toolbar at the top on 1080p and don't see a way of adjusting that. I have everything else working perfectly and installed with MuliBeast 5.2.1
