Need help installing #Hackintosh

how do I dual boot my hackintosh ?,I just got it back from the shop everything is hooked up ready to get installed.



I have mountain lion on usb and a copy of win 7



I downloaded the asus P8z77 M Pro setting.pdf for setting up my bios
