Lion Kernel Panic on Latitude D830, Intel C2D, GMA X3100, AHCI enabled #iATKOS

I've installed iAtkos L2 on this computer, I've seen others reporting their success stories on this computer with lion, and considering the hardware it should work out of the box, but they never seem to have encountered this issue.

Any idea what's wrong here? I can't find any ElliottForceLegacyRTC.kext on the computer, in /S/L/E or /Extra, just to begin with.
