Computer restarts after Read HFS+ at brand new installation #iATKOS #ML2

Hi folks, I've got a Gigabyte Z68M-DH, an i7-3770, 32GB of RAM and a GT-520M 2GB video card. When I try to install it, just goes through the Read HFS+ and then suddenly restarts itself, I've try cpus=1, -x -v PCIRootUID=0 arch=i386 but nothing works!!!!



Have you got an idea what can be causing this or even better how to fix it?
