Can't install snow leopard #iATKOS

My system Config

CPU:AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3600+

RAM:2GB DDR2 RAM

GPU:NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT

HDD:Seagate 500GB HDD

MB:MSI K9N6SGM-V(MS-7309)



I am trying to install by means of a "distro".



After installation it shows kernal panic.i have aatached a screeshot.Plz help to install MAC
