Asus a55vd (K55VD) and update => 10.8.3 #iATKOS #ML2

I've successfully followed this guide Hackintosh ASUS K55VD Ivy Bridge i7, (Basic Install, No DSDT) - Downloads - OSx86.net



I would like to know if it's safe to install 10.8.3 on top of it or, it's best to reinstall 10.8.3 from scratch
