All parts in! need help! #Hackintosh

So i got all parts in today and they are all compatible. I dont have another mac to use unibeast or mulitbeast so i was wondering if theres any other ways? I have Osx Lion On DVD would that work ? If i just boot from dvd to Fresh drive? since all parts compatible?
