Intel UHD 620 Whiskey Lake HDMI problem (Laptop HP)

hello everyone. I have been using a laptop with Mac os big Sur for the second year without experiencing any problems. Over time, I wanted to use my HDMI port to connect a second monitor, but it doesn't work. I spent a lot of time, several times, reading all the forums and official manuals on the topic of "framebuffer patching", about port substitution in device properties, and everything related to it, but it did not give me any result. I'm asking for your help. Thank you.

I am attaching a screenshot of the video adapter configuration. There is only one boot argument in the config to fix the backlight "-igfxblr"
