info.plist where does it go

Do I need to include these files in my EFI folder if installing kexts? And where do I put them. The original location of the kext is *****/Contents/MacOS/ and the info.plist is in *****/Contents/

I'm stuck with the OpenCore booting, selecting the system, loading stuff & restarting suddenly after a wall of text (literally can't catch it with my eyes as it goes so fast). I don't get any kind of "setup".

Also I'm running Surface Go 2 with OpenCore defaults + WhateverGreen + Lilu

Should I just try Clover? I'm kinda out of options.
