OpenCore Catalina Black Screen After Install (Wont Restart)

I get into the installer (which is in Russian for some odd reason), choose the drive i want to install it on.
so far so good.
after about 10m the screen turns black (no response) and nothing happens.
i even gave it a whole night just to make sure its not a time related problem.
