Gigabyte Z390 UD, I5 9400 UHD 630 macOS Catalina only 7mb RAM

Hi all,

I'm building a hackintosh PC with following specs for learning Xcode:

MB: Gigabyte Z390 UD

CPU: Intel I5 9500 Coffee lake

RAM: Kingston HyperX 8GB bus 2666 x 2

SSD Toshiba nvme 1 TB

PSU: Xigmatek cerberus s550

I following this guide https://hackintosh.gitbook.io/-r-hackintosh-vanilla-desktop-guide/, I can setup Catalina with minimal kexts into nvme drive, and now I can boot, but the UHD 630 only show 7mb.

I've tried change FakeID to 0x3e9b8086 and platform to 0x3e9b0007 and SMBIOS set to macmini8,1

and also try remove FakeID & platform id, using FrameBuffer patch value get from hackintool

But the screen still blank, I think that problem is onboard HDMI port issue, I will try to buy a Radeon RX 580 or Quadro K2000 to put it on (these GPU are marked native supported)

https://khronokernel-3.gitbook.io/catalina-gpu-buyers-guide/modern-gpus/nvidia-gpu

So I want to ask experienced hackintosher two question:

+ If I buy native supported GPU (PCI-E), should I care about monitor connector type (HDMI, DVI, DP...) and I need patch PCI-E GPU connector type, param... by myself (same with patch connector for onboard GPU) ? like this https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-intel-framebuffer-patching-using-whatevergreen.256490/

+ I prefer buying 2nd Quadro K2000 (most of 2nd RX 580 are miner card), both of them are native supported, which one will work with minimal setup/config effort ? Should I plug in into PCI-E slot and run setup from USB and the card will be automatically detected (without re-config Clover config.plist)

Thank you all and happy V-day.
