Mac OS X 10.11 El Captain Not Booting properly

Hi, I use VMware workstation 12 to boot my hackintosh and it is not booting all the way. It boots to the end of the bar below the apple then turns into this. https://ibb.co/cGW8mm Thanks in advance, Sam
